● Fit tolerance: The grade 5, grade 6, and grade 7 tolerances can be controlled very well.
● Roughness: In general can reach the Ra0.8 on the entire part by turning if needed. And the price will not rise compared with the usual Ra3.2 requirements.
● Structure: Good at controlling the deformation of holes through natural heat or treatment aging.
● Thread: Familiar with various special pipe thread processing.
We can process various materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, duplex stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium, and various engineering plastic materials(POM, PTFE, PEEK, etc). In the case of no detailed requirement, the tolerances of our delivered parts are about 0.05mm, and the roughness is about Ra1.6. In the case of specific accuracy requirements, the accuracy can reach 0.008mm, the roughness can reach Ra0.8.
For some of the special requirements, we will use some auxiliary processes such as centerless grinding, internal grinding, external grinding, and fluid polishing to meet tolerance and roughness requirements.
For some of complex sturctures, we will customize tools or self-made unique tools to work complex structures out, mainly in the processing of stepped deep holes and tiny holes.
